On the table or on a shelf this bowl will feel perfect for side dishes or condiments, assorted pocket things, jewelry, or malt balls. The woods are listed on the underside of the lid: cherry, sycamore, and American walnut for the bowl, tulip poplar and cherry for the lid.
Hackberry is strong and is light enough for a child to use at home. The cherry inlay on the handle does nothing for its stirring ability but may encourage the owner(s) to keep it for generations.
